From the calendar page, you can track both your gigs and regular calendar events. Events like a rehearsal or a monthly meeting can be created as reoccuring events on a day, week, month, or annual basis.

Once again, anytime a calendar event is added or updated, you can choose to have eBandManager email the updated information to everyone in your band.
